RN104 issues after updaring to 6.5.0
1) Shortcuts to ReadyNAS no longer work and I can't create new ones. Want to browse it like a regular folder and no longer can.
2) Raidar.exe opens my local computer's Documents folder when I hit Browse.
3) Admin page extremely slow, when it works.
4) Media play on my DLNA tv keeps asking if I want to connect.
6.5.0 Release Notes warns not to downgrade back to 6.4.2
Very frustrated with these seemingly minor issues.

Hello jhusn001,
Can you map the NAS IP?
When in admin page, does it show it updated to 6.5.0? Please post a screenshot of options you have under Cloud.
Also do you have ReadyCloud desktop app installed to the computer?
Regards?

Thank you for responding. I'm not sure how to map the IP to the NAS. When I got the NAS for Christmas I somehow was able to make a shortcut that opened it up like a normal folder. The properties had "\\NAS-E5-37-AC" in the Target field. That link no longer works. I installed the Desktop App and it seemed to work until I rebooted. Now I click on a shortcut I made for it, it appears in grey near the clock saying "initializing" and then disappears. Media Play is still randomly popping up on my tv asking if I want to connect. Not quite sure what to do. Oh, and under the Cloud Tab I have Internet Available and Services Available ReadyCloud on. Sync with Dropbox On. ReadyNas Replicate Off and Sync with Amazon Cloud Off. I can't figure out how to post the jpg screenshots I took.
Thank you!

Try installing RAIDar on your PC ( http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20684#raidar ). It should tell you the NAS IP address and the NAS firmware. Please post the NAS firmware here.
Enter \\NASIPADDRESS in the file explorer address bar, and tell us what happens (using the real NAS IP address of course).

There's an image icon in the toolbar (9th one frome the left). Click on it and select the file you want to post.
