RN104 Issues
I got my RN104 & installed 2 X 3TB Reds. I powered up & it took about 16 hours to resync. I fully understand but I want separate volumes & RAID 0. I can't get RAIDar to find the NAS. I have the RN104 ...

When you initially set up the NAS it will try to obtain an IP address from a dhcp server. Your setup doesn't allow it to do this so it will default to an IP address of 192.168.168.168. The subnet you have given is unusual. It should probably be 255.255.255.0
What are the IP addresses of your PC and the 104?
As for the raid format , you need to switch off xraid, then delete the volume, then you should be able to create a new volume in the raid format you want. You do not need to wait for the resync to finish before deleting a volume or switching from xraid.
