Have you rebooted? If you still have issues after a reboot, please send in your logs.

Did you try rebooting as Skywalker suggested above?
If you have and you still get that error can you open RAIDar 6.1, download your logs and then send them in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

I rebooted it, still gives me the error. but, I'm not sure if it rebooted completely. I'm going to shut it down for the night and see if it gives me the error tomorrow.
As i said its chugging along like nothings happing.
just the front end shares are failing to load or update or somthing like that.
Also This radiator thing you speak of, i dont think i have it.
where can i get it?

RAIDiator is the OS for legacy devices.
RAIDar (which is what I was referring to) is a discovery app. See http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20684#raidar
With this app you should be able to download the logs.- WickedfliesAug 15, 2016Aspirant
Update: look like its working now. =)
I dont what caused it to work. maybe the shut down or the fact that i shut it down using the "Nas Utility" app i found on Google play for android phones. I went to the power options and checked
"Perform volume scan on next reboot" and "Check and fix quotas on next reboot".
So this might have fixed it, but the next few days or subsequent reboots will tell for sure.
in the mean time I'm updating my back up incase crap hits the fan again. =/

Those options to run on next boot are for legacy ReadyNAS not for the RN102.
It was the reboot that forced the NAS to try to fix the database problem.
