RN104 unresponsive
Hello, I am a new user. I own RN104. FW 6.2.4. Since last few days the NAS was behaving weird. I don't recall when I upgraded the FW. Everyday evening ReadyNas will not be accessible. Not able ...
Nothing comes on. As if power is not connected. If I remember correctly, the first time I plugged it in, LCD flickered and then went off.
It's been 5 months since I bought RN 104. Should be under Hardware warranty, right?
Do you think not turning on may be FW issue? I was on 6.2.4. Can I go to new chassis and upgrade to 6.2.5 RC-1 if not turning on deemed as non FW issue? I am at loss here.
