RN104 will not respond in Boot Mode
Just opened my new RN104 up and in the process of formatting my drives with the steps in the guide, and I do have compatible drives.
I hold down the reset button and power up the nas, Boot Mode appears.
I press the back up button once, and nothing changes, I can keep pressing the button and I never get Factory Default option to appear.
Is my device bad? am I missing something here?

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredPerhaps power off the NAS and try again.
If it still doesn't work, power off the NAS and see what happens with no disks installed. - vandermerweMasterYou have released the reset button after the boot menu message appears ?
