rn2120v2 new user can not login
Hi,
I am trying to copy files of an USB attached drive to the NAS but
with the correct owner and group.
I have created a new user on my rn2120v2 and when trying to login
at the webpage I get rejected. It is possible to login via ssh which
I enabled when creating the new user.
I also created a new usergroup for this new user.
I can login as the admin user.
The firmware version is 6.10.7
Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean the web admin logon page? I think that would be expected, unless that new user is in the administrative group.
Not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but it is possible what accessing the NAS with WinSCP might work out better. Use SFTP as the connection protocol, and then use your new user credentials. That will use SSH to connect to the NAS, but provide a GUI.
Thanks, that solved part of the problem. My user(name) was not part
of the admin group. Now I can logon with my newly created user.
