The RAID array is out-of-sync - somewhere along the journey you ended up with lost writes to the array.
Options are to
- use a RAID recovery service. Netgear's is described here: https://kb.netgear.com/69/ReadyNAS-Data-Recovery-Diagnostics-Scope-of-Service
- use RAID recovery software that supports BTRFS. For instance ReclaiMe: https://www.reclaime.com/library/netgear-recovery.aspx
