Yesterday upgraded to 6.7.4. upgrade apeared to install ok. Messages arriving via email as expected. Last message received was at 9pm "The system is shutting down." System restarted on its own this ...

Fixed. Put a good copy of the firmware on the internal flash.

Had the exact same problem on Monday morning. Found a solution earlier today. Used Rufus to format the USB for recovery. Now back to normal. The people at the call center are very pleasant but should update their scripts. Would have been back up Monday afternoon if I had read the right post sooner.
