RN31400 Error message -- not explained
Received the following error last night during a routine NAS to NAS backup.
The error occured on the 'receiving' NAS of the backup
tcp_act+633
Unit does not answer the RAIDar poll
Unit seems to be locked up
Any help would be appreciated.

If the unit is totally non-responsive then the next step would be to reboot it. Note any errors on the LCD panel, and download the log zip file after the reboot.
