RN422 weird message on front panel
ReadyNAS RN422 2 bay and weird front panel message
Unit is just over 2 years old and so far I've been happy with performance and reliability.
This morning, following usual scheduled start via Power Timer, I have noticed a bizarre message on the front panel as follows:
(null)+ffffea0001d29000
It's never done this before
Unit is running firmware 6.10.4 Hotfix 1, and via the Admin page I've confirmed no updates are pending
Overview shows NAS as healthy
There are no untoward events in system logs
Client access to file shares seems ok
I've rebooted and the front panel does not show the message now, and once more, no errors in system logs
I've searched but found no other cases where this message is shown
Can anyone cast any light on this?
Thanks in advance

The NAS crashed. There could be more information in the full log zip that might give more details on what was running when the crash occured.
Does the system come up normally when you reboot it?

Thanks for the quick reply, much appreciated.
If the NAS had crashed, it seems odd that I could still access the shares from my devices...or is that to be expected?
In terms of startup, yes, all seemed normal and had it not been for the front panel message I would have been none the wiser with no clues in logs and shares seemingly working normally.
I've just had another look at logs from last night into this morning and see nothing unusual, as follows:
Last night's auto shutdownApr 30, 2021 12:00:09 AM System: The system is shutting down.
This morning's auto startupApr 30, 2021 08:01:29 AM System: ReadyNASOS background service started.
Apr 30, 2021 08:01:31 AM Snapshot: Snapshot prune worker successfully deleted snapshot 2021_04_02__00_00_00 from share or LUN Applications.
(ditto for another x5 shares)Apr 30, 2021 08:18:21 AM System: Antivirus scanner definition file was updated to 59.26155.
Then my manual shutdown and reboot...Apr 30, 2021 11:18:23 AM System: The system is rebooting.
Apr 30, 2021 11:21:56 AM System: ReadyNASOS background service started.
I've dumped the logs via ZIP as suggested, but really don't know where to start as there are so many files. If you could possibly suggest where to start looking or if sharing here might be of value, I'd be grateful!- StephenBGuru - Experienced User

Start in kernel.log and search for the error string (ffffea0 is likely enough).
