RN4220 Ethernet ports stops working
Hello, I have trouble with my RN4220, the ethernet ports suddenly stop working (There LED not blinking) but my SFP working fine. can any one help me with this problem. Thanks
- We found the proble, it was silly the RJ45 connector of the cable that we use was bad, it’s works fine after we change the connector type.

Which firmware are you running?
Is your backup up to date?
Have you tried rebooting the NAS?
- The firmware is 6.9.2, i tried to restart the NAS, disable & enable all four ethernet ports and reinstall OS from reset button but all these tries didn’t change the ethernet.
What do you mean of backup is update? If you mean of media stored in the storage dont worry this storage as already new with the system and i want to make it as a backup storage to the main one.O.K.
Have you tried changing ethernet cables? Have you tried different ports on your switch?
