RN42200 Cannot access admin page after PHP app install

Hello all, I upgraded my firmware to 6.9.5 and it was successful.  After, I was on the admin page looking at what apps were available and I saw a PHP app for displaying system info.  I installed it...

Have you tried using a different browser? Also clearing cache?

    Marc,

    Thanks for the reply.  I have tried multiple browsers and have cleared the cache on all of them.  It is as if the httpd process running on the ReadyNAS is down.

      You may want to do OS-Reinstall on your ReadyNAS 4200v2. Here's a guide to access it.

        I tried the OS Reinstall.  IP settings didn't change as expected.  I still cannot access the admin page.  I point a browser to the IP of the device and I cannot connect.
