RN516 and 6.2 – problems with Snapshot access!! #24290068

I updated my RN104 to 6.2 without problems afterwards I tried the same with my 516.

Now I have some problems:

- Logon page reports still 6.19 but overview admin page reports firmware 6.2
- Power icon an admin page is missing

But the worst problem is the snapshot access Windows does not see any previous version!! In the Webgui they are visible but not accessible.

What to do now?

    Try clearing your web browser cache e.g. Temporary Internet Files in IE.

    May be an indication that the update didn't go through completely - have seen it before...

    If you know how to do it, ssh to your box and check df -h for a full root. Also check the initrd log in /var/log/frontview and paste the output here please. If you're uncertain, contact support and they can help you out :-)
  • I contact the German support his only tipp was to spend 75 Euro for the case or more for more for a yearly support contract. [emoji35]. I did a backup and then i rebooted the device. After the first reboot the energy option apper and after a second reboot i could access the snapshots again.
