RN516 offline- Unable to connect to adminpage.
Hello guys!
Hopefully someone out there will be able to help me fix my issue?
Been using my RN516 without any issues for about 3 years but recently i have been unable to access the admin page & if i try to access it via Ready Cloud it says the NAS is offline. When i search for the unit using Raidar it is located & it will take me to the admin login page but i cannot get past that. The NAS unit is picked up on the network & i can ping the device. I use it solely to run Plex & this is working across all clients so i know the NAS is online. I know my login credentials are correct as they take me into Readycloud.
I am running fimware 6.6.1, & after i did this update i was still able to access the admin page. But i havent done any updates recently that would coincide with not being able to access it. i have restarted the unit but this hasnt changed anything, unfortunatley! I know a little bit but i am no means an expert in this area so please forgive me if i have missed something abvious or am unsure on how to do something!

I recently had the same Issue. I had to go into the boot menu and restore my software (NOT FACTORY RESET).
Once I restored the software I was able to access the admin page. Then I had to go to "cloud" tab and turn my ReadyCloud
back on. Hope this helps.

I read through the link you posted, StephenB, & ended up signing in as admin, then turned on Ready Cloud. Result!!!
