Ultra 2 is a much better choice than Duo v1. The Ultra 2 is much faster, supports 3TB drives (probably won't want these now, but in a few years you may well) and x86 (Intel) add-ons such as Plex.
The Duo v2 (RND2000-200) is quite quick as well and supports 3TB drives, but has a smaller feature set and as it uses the ARM CPU architecture it doesn't support x86 (Intel) add-ons.
