RNd2150 V1 firmware upgrade errors

Hi, Just had to reset my Ready NAS Duo RND2150 V1 back to factory specs due to a HDD failure. Currently it is at V4.01C1-p2 - tried upgrading to 4.1.8 - 4.1.14 and they all fail with "invaled image"...
