'Root' volume is at 100%
Hello My ReadyNAS RN2120 is getting me the error that the system volume 'root' is at 100% usage I need to fix this problem so that i can update the RadyNAS OS

There should be a per-incident support option available that would be the cheapest. If you can't find it, send a private message to one of the mods ( JohnCM_S or Marc_V ), using the envelope icon in the top right of the forum page.
Also, don't purchase Gearhead support, as it doesn't cover the NAS.

Hi Harrell0,
The OS partition is full which is why you get that message. Do you have any 3rd party apps installed on your NAS?
It will be best for you to contact NETGEAR support so they can help you in freeing up space on the OS partition.
If you are very familiar with configuring your NAS via SSH, other Community members may be able to provide you advice on how to free up some space on the OS partition.
