RR2304 ReadyNAS Anitvirus stopped os 6.10.5
Antivirus stoppped updating in February 2021 was on OS 6.10.4 hotfix 1. Recently (may 12, 2021) updated OS to 6.10.5 and antivirus still is not updating. Is there a subscription that I do not know ...

Contacted netgear support and they replaced under warranty with a refurbished unit.
- Sorry. Misread. Wrong ticket. I had a nighthawk router that was replaced. This was for readynas and antivirus is still not updating.

Just checking if know if you still need assistance on this issue. It appears that L3 was able to fix it and the AV database is now updating automatically.

my RN 424 was automatically updated to 6.10.5 on May 21, 2021 at 02:08:53 AM and since then the Antivirus is not updating anymore according Logfile) (AV states: February 16, 2021 01:17:58 PM), it tried on:
May 22, 2021 02:24:43 AM
May 23, 2021 02:24:48 AM
May 24, 2021 02:25:14 AM
May 25, 2021 02:25:53 AM
May 26, 2021 02:26:11 AM
May 26, 2021 03:53:31 PM manually
But still it does not work.
Each time it says: Antivirus scanner definition file update failed due to download failure. Check your internet connection.
NTP ist still running, therefore the internet connection is not offline and a ping on clamav.net shows me 100ms to 106ms.
