RSYC backup not connecting
I have a readyNAS NV+ (RAIDiator 4.1.13) it was happily running several RSYNC backups to a QNAP NAS on the same network.
The QNAP NAS has now been moved off site to give off-site backups. I have updated the IP address of the Qnap Drive on the ReadyNAS backup jobs.
The Firewall (Draytek Vigor 2860n+) has been configured to allow the ReadyNAS outbound traffic to the Qnap NAS. And the QNAP drive can see the Ready NAS on port 873 (with firewall rules).
The ReadyNAS NV+ now refuses to connect to the QNAP drive. "Error Conecting to: 81.xxx.xxx.xxx"
The ReadyNAS does have internet access, it can time sync, and mail out. The ReadyNAS does have the correct gateway address as the
From the Firewall logs it does not look like the Ready NAS is even trying to go via the firewall to 81.xxx.xxx.xxx
Any ideas?
Thanks
