Do you have an NV+ v1 or v2?
What is the full command line you are using?
Can you see all the file/folders from an ssh login, and check the ownership/permissions, i.e. "ls -al"
I just did this over the last few days migrating GBs from a Duo v1 to an NV+ v2 and it worked for all types of files (from XP, Win7, Vista, Mac and Linux).
