rsync path limitation?

The first time trying to set up rsync between two NAS on a local network. Should be easy but am running into problems. Want to backup a Pro6 to a NVX. The Pro6 is assigned a static IP address of 19...

I still suggest a test with NFS (enabling it on both shares).
