Run Outlook Express

You should investigate if you email provider supports IMAP
There are 2 main protocols used for accessing emails - POP, where only a single client can connect at a given time and download a copy of the email and the mail is then typically deleted from the email server (making mails no longer available to other clients), and IMAP, where all information in maintained on the email server and can be simultaneously accessed by multiple clients which cache copies of emails locally.
You appear to be using the former whereas the latter is designed to solve exactly the issue you describe. If your provider does not support IMAP, then consider changing to one that does.

Note this has nothing to do with your ReadyNAS and that you will also have to reconfigure your email client to use IMAP
