Seagate customer service

Just wondered who has needed to returned a failed Seagate drive in the UK and the best route for contacting them and getting a favourable response on (hopefully) the recovery off a new drive?

  • I contacted Seagate re a 1Tb drive that kept increasing the smart errors. I had to download the seatools software to check the drive. It also gave me a fault code. Then I put in a warranty claim. it all took about 10 days for me. Try the following link http://www.seagate.com/www/en-gb/support/warranty_&_returns_assistance.
