second usb hdd not always connect (quite never)

Hi Friend not always my second external usb drive is connect to the nas the first one on rear port 1 work the second on rear port2 not always. I backuped on both sucefully

i FORMATED THE HDD DIRECTLY INSIDE THE NAS AND NOW EVERY RESTART HAS NO ISSUES

I don't use USB drives myself (I back up to other NAS) - so I can't offer much advice.

Is the problem drive externally powered? Or is it getting power from the USB port of the NAS?

yes it works with the two adapters in two different sockets

  If you swap the drives, does the problem follow the drive or the port?

    sometimes they work sometimes they not
    right now I played with socket and adapter of hdd bck2_R to have this
