Serial number is changed to NONE000200000 and mac address is changed to 00: 50: 43: 02: 00: 00 RN102
Hi, after a raidar malfunction reported "management service is offline". Then I removed the discs and tried to reset the S.O. Now I connect as an administrator but I notice a very strange thing: the serial number has changed to NONE000200000 and moreover the mac address is changed to 00: 50: 43: 02: 00: 00 completely different from the factory.I think that I have not reinserted hard disk because I'm running a copy of the data after installing with linux the partition with mdadm. What can I do. Thanks in advance
Thanks for the invaluable help. Excellent assistance and fast. Thanks again
I know the Bad disk, is only for a try, thanks
Can I insert the disks that were originally mounted on the NAS?
But I do not remember the slot can I identify them in some way having the ability to read them from linux ?

This should be easy to fix.
Did you recently update the firmware, especially from pre-6.4.x firmware to 6.4.x (or later)?

I was already at the latest version 6.9.3 I would say as soon as it came out maybe a few months ..

I can see a factory reset was done on 6.9.1 and it was updated to 6.9.3 shortly thereafter.
The NAS is now up with the correct serial number.
The disk currently in the NAS is bad though.
