ReadyNAS (all versions) don't let you create shares within shares from the web UI.
If you connect as admin, you can see the data volume (e.g., data\Media\films). That may be limited to CIFS.
So one option would be to create TV and films as shares, and use the admin password when accessing the NAS from windows. Perhaps try it with test shares first.
