SMART errors on EDA500 not reported in log
I have two EDA500's attached to my RN516. Current firmware is 6.9.2, but this has apparently been going on in 6.7.5 and 6.8.1 before it (I skipped everything else in between). I have two drives ...
I expect a log entry (and am pretty sure I've gotten them on units w/o EDA500) for that many reallocated sectors. I'm not talking about email alerts, I don't have them configured..
To get an alert for reallocated sectors one of the following conditions must be met:
* - 50 reallocated sectors AND power-on hours <= 24
* - Reallocated sector count increasing at least 10 times in the past 30 days
* AND reallocated sector count > 500
* - Reallocated sector count > 1500
