SMART self-assessment test

Hi, My fourth disk did fail, so I did change it for a new and fresh one. But since the change I have started to get nightly event that the disk4 (which was swapped) does not pass the SMART self-ass...

Yes it needs to be replaced.

Also, in the SMART stats for disk 3 what firmware is mentioned?
