When setting up your Readynas there has been an option to set aside some space for snapshots. Looks like you've done that and gave it 10 gigabytes for storing snapshots. Not using snapshots myself I have to guess here but I assume there is some task running on your Readynas that is actually doing snapshots. And since the space reserved for snapshots was/is running out the Readynas will delete the oldest snapshots to make room for the new ones.
So essentially you shouldn't have lost any of your live data but of course some of the older snapshot data. But since you seem to be not actively using that feature I'd say there's been no harm to your data. You should however look into where the snapshot is configured and what it is backing up because normally these settings aren't configured without reason.
