snapshot volume useage not showing in gui
for some time even before the last 2 os upgrades the volume usage of the snashots is not visable in the gui (ie the yellow usage bar) ready nas 316 im not sure if this will effect the backups as it will be trying to back up more than needed ... also its just dam annoying i dont have this problem with 2 214 s and a 4312 is there a way to solve this as support say they want me to pay for this to be sorted and as the unit is under 12 months old im not happy to say the least

Hi,
at the volume level Quota is enabled?
if not, then enable and wait .... then see if there is the information
if is enabled then disable quota, reboot the unit, wait a day and re-enable quota.
If possible install fw 6.7.5 if your is older
