[Solved] [RN102] No access to Admin Page

After some investigation I've found the reason - Apache could not start because of sites-enabled which contained conf file left by photos II plugin. After removing file I've restarted Apache and frontview is back! I've also realized that the same issue has been previously reported on the forum, but symptoms were different.

Is there a way to resolve this without SSH? I don't have SSH enabled on my box and I just delete Photos II and now my apache is dead.
