SSH access and Email alerts issues?

1. "SSH for support" means SSH for netgear support to use. To enable SSH for yourself, you need to install the rootenablessh addon, which can be found here: http://www.readynas.com/?p=4203
2. You have a point. But mdgm gave you the practical solution for now. There is no way to on/off individual alerts.
