Stuck in "Connecting to the ReadyNAS Admin Page" loop after upgrade to 6.10.3

I found some errors in dmesg.log. (attached).

It looks like drive sdc (the third disk) in your system has failed. One option is that you could attempt to boot the system w/o it - if you do that, I recommend booting it as read-only using the boot menu.
