Yes, that you can do - it is what I suggested up above. The shortest frontview backup scheduling interval is 4 hours.
You would set up two rsync backup jobs, one for A and the other for B. It would be simplest to create the backup jobs on the same NAS. The remote system needs to have port 873 forwarded in the router to its NAS. ddns addresses are also recommended.
One negative is that the NV+ doesn't support rsync over ssh, so the transfers are not encrypted.
