If the "it" means more frequent backups, the 4 hour minimum is built into frontview for all backup jobs.

One can go in with ssh, and create custom stuff that runs at any frequency you want. That might require more linux skills than you have.

One thing to keep in mind is that you need to ensure that the previous backup has actually completed before you try to start a new one.

Personally I am wondering if you really need this to be automatic. The direct approach would be to use something like filezilla to simply manually upload new stuff onto the remote NAS as it is created.
