Temperature Graph Error - Period Year

RNDP6000v2 Runing 6.7.4

Noticed a thrumming/variable fan noise coming from one of my RNDP6000, so investigated to find the original CPU fan is failing (Crown AGE08015B12V)

(Still under hardware warranty, but no one has replied to my case number 28619372 yet)... anyway

Went to see what the temperatures had been doing; to see if there was a trend over time and discovered something odd in the Temperature Graph on the performance tab page.

If I click on the Temp graph PERIOD box and set it to a YEAR (in other words I wanted to see what temperatures were over the year) the vertical axis flips to a scale of TENTHs of a degree? IE I can only see from 0.0 to 1.0 degree celcius.

I does NOT do that on any of the other PERIOD selections.

Not sure if it is a bug related to using a Mac system? I see the error on Safari, Firefox and Chrome.

ALL the other selections for PERIOD work correctly (IE the display the Temp graph in TENs of degrees, 10, 20, 30, 40 etc.

I suspect it is a coding issue involving a decimal point somewhere?

Not sure if others note the same issue.

Thanks

My RN526x isn't doing that (though it is running 6.8.0-T54)

      Guide

Oddly it isn't ALL of my RNP units either??? (I have three; two are hardware similar, one is a RNP Business, slightly older?)

ALL three are still on 6.7.4

On MyNetgear they are noted as:

      ReadyNASRNDP6000v2 AFFECTED

      ReadyNASRNDP6000v2 OCCASIONALLY

      ReadyNASRNDP6000     NOT (so far)

The second v2 unit only does it SOME of the time when I select or change the PERIOD selection?

(IE occasionally the graph displays correctly)

The older unit does NOT seem to do it?

Must be an odd combination of hardware and software?

I assumed it was a browser issue but it is not? Seen in all three browsers.

I took a screenshot but don't see a way to post it?

There is an insert image icon in the rich text toolbar (normally immediately to the right of the hyperlink icon).

But you do need to be an established poster before it shows up - I don't know exactly how many posts it takes.

Another option is to put it in cloud storage somewhere and post a link.
