This is how I determine which drive it is: You may check on the disk logs the specific serial number of the drive that is failing then go to System>Volumes then just point the cursor to a drive and it will display the serial number of it for you to determine which one is failing.
However, it would be easy that after you have checked the specific serial number of the drive that is failing from the disk logs, you may just power off your NAS then try to pull-out one- drive at-a-time to verify the serial number of the disk that is failing.
