TiVo(s) can not "see" ReadyNAS

Well, after tearing my network apart, and buying a new WNDR-3800 AND a new GS108T-200 switch, I have isolated the problem to an incompatibility between the ReadyNAS and OLDER TiVo's. As soon as you add a TiVo Series-1 OR TiVo Series-2, the ReadyNAS TiVo services fail. It has worked great for weeks as long as I only use the Series-3 and Series-4 TiVo on the network.
