Trying to get my backup software to access all home folders

Have you tried setting the network credentials as admin, or running the cloudberry service under administrator rights? I see that that is an option in the desktop version.
You can certainly do this by using "normal" ie not home shares, where you could setup access to both shares for the windows user that is running the backup.
