I purchased my nas rn10200 December 29 and in three days I avut this problem twice. When I uninstall an application I no longer access the administration
I contacted the customer support netgear and to my amazement I was told not to have a solution to the problem and that the only thing I could do was reset (which also involves formatting disks!) They said that the technicians are working to solve this problem.
Meanwhile I did reset but I can not install and uninstall applications, thus making the product usable in half
Does anyone have a better solution?
