Hello,
I was affected by this "bug" after trying to uninstall a DNS-server that I did not want to use anymore.
The frontend did not respond at all. And with no Linux-skills this is no fun....
Going into the boot-menu and performing OS-reinstallation (Not wiping the unit) did not help so that was pointless.
BUT, I did manage to fix it, quite simple and without losing any data. (My very basic Linux skills was enough... :)
Solution that solved it for me.
1. Connect through SSH. (If you do not have SSH enabled, then this will not help... sorry.)
2. move to the apache2-directory using
Here you should see the addon you tried to uninstall, but still have some "left-overs"...
4. Delete the addon using
5. launch Apache using
This helped for me and also got me into Learning some more basic Linux. :)

2. move to the apache2-directory using
cd /etc/apache2/sites-enabled3. type DIR to see what addons, that are installed.

4. Delete the addon using
RM [file], for example rm 090-dnsserver.conf
5. launch Apache using
systemctl start apache2
This helped for me and also got me into Learning some more basic Linux. :)
