@shiek403 and Sokudoningyou: Yes, you'll have to call tech support and hope that they can deal with your request in a reasonable amount of time. As I've mentioned, you can also hope that mdgm takes pity on you (as he did for me) and can remote into your RNAS once you've put it in Tech Support mode from the Boot Menu. That's the only way around this issue for those of us without SSH enabled.
