Ultra 4 no longer archiving Tivo files

Netgear wanted me to fill out a survey about my recent equipment installation and had a comment section in the survey. I made mention of the Tivo no longer being automatically archived after 2/15/2013 there. Skywalker appears to be their software wizard on these units. He fixed the last Readynas not archiving problem after Tivo made a software upgrade earlier last year. Hopefully he will fix this one as well. It is a bit of a hassle having to do a computer download from the Tivo, then manually create the .nfo information file and then do a manual transfer of both files up to the Readynas. I miss the automated transfer!
