Ultra 4 no longer archiving Tivo files

I am a novice when it comes to ReadyNAS & ReadyTiVo. I just purchased the Ultra 6 for archiving TiVo. Archiving failed until I installed the fix by Skywalker.
Now I have many 1kb .tivo files that are marked as archived. I read the post on the dump / prune mechanism. I looked at the c\media\Tivo directory on the ReadyNAS but cannot find the dump.txt or the prune.txt. Is there somewhere I can find a more detailed explanation on how to get files that are marked as archived to repeat the archive with the complete file. Thanks to anyone who can help this novice.
