Ultra2+ not fully visible in Raidar and no Frontview Access

Unfortunately this does not work. When I try to login via putty it says "Network error: Connection refused". I don´t come to the login promt... it seems that ssh is not working any more. But I´m sure I used it before. What does 4GB OS partition mean ? Who do I fix this ?
