Unable access readynas from windows explorer
So I've seen other issues like this on here, but at a bit of a loss. Did a recent 'OS reinstall' to get the password going again and then get updated to latest 6.5.1. One PC could access via windows ...

what happens if you try to map the data volume to a drive letter? For instance, run cmd
net use * /delete
net use t: \\nasipaddress\data /user:admin nasadminpassword

That worked. And now can browse to it first via \\nasname, I guess due to saved windows cred mgr? Why when I browsed to \\nasname before and enter the same credentials it doesn't work? Thanks!!

PS after disconnecting the mapped drive, can access \\nasname temporarily then seems to revert to previous behavior. Not a big deal, don't have a problem with mapping it, just curious about the behavior. Thanks

It might be possible that your PC got confused which credential it would use. Have you noticed the same behavior on another PC? Good thing that StephenB's suggestion worked out for you.
