Unable to access config menus on NV+
I have an old NV+ that has lain unused for a couple of years - I've powered it up and all seems well, I can access some old files in my share. When I open the webpage in Chrome (or IE) I get the IN...
OK, I finally got around to trying to get this box working - I've downloaded the firmware as recommended, installed on to a USB stick and tried to reload.
All starts out OK, but after a few seconds, I get the message 'Kernel Panic' with the 4th HD light on.
I've also tried a factory reset, but it starts out OK and then I get a firmware error.
Since this is a very old unit, I wonder if I should be looking for an older revision than the 4.1.10 that I downloaded and tried.
Any thoughts and all suggestions gratefully received.
