Unable to access config menus on NV+
I have an old NV+ that has lain unused for a couple of years - I've powered it up and all seems well, I can access some old files in my share. When I open the webpage in Chrome (or IE) I get the IN...

Yes, Tried reloading rev 4 firmware from USB several times with one known good drive in bay #1. (Tried with an original 500MB drive, another that has been formatted in a Windows box so I know it is good and also a new straight out of the packing 1GB Seagate drive.
As before, it boots from USB, briefly flashes up 'recovering' then 'kernel panic'. A reset leads to the 'welcome to readynas' message then gives 'Bad firmware' as before.
I've just performed a TFTP reload, as per the documentation and it has uploaded successfully, but the LCD display is just sitting on:
'Found TFTP image successful!'
with no leds on (inc power led) and no activity at all. It does not proceed to restart by itself, as I understand that it should, just sits there.
