Hallo,
since some days I have nearly the same problem.
ReadyCloud Net Acces via browser: XXX is offline - check power and internet connectivity
ReadyCloud Client V1.15: offline
Access via Admin Page: [Cloud] V internet available V services available -> no problem
Access vial LAN (net use): no problem
One thing I recognized: After a reboot of my ReadyNAS, the access by ReadyCloud is working some time (minutes? / I have to investigate)
So what makes the ReadyNAS to tell me it's offline while it's not?

Stephen,
Thanks for the replies. I found my problem. I had an IP address conflict on the network. I sorted that out and that solved the issue.
