Hi Brian,
I can't see a way to attach logs here. Please download the complete logs from here.
You will see that a volume was degraded and then resynced. This was because I took out one of the HDDs (after I couldn't connect) fearing the loss of my data.

Hi vikas027,
Since the unit has been running for quite some time and used a lot of Firmwares, it would have been better if the data have been backed up, unit been factory restored (because its still uses the old leafsize) and restore your data. Also, the logs showed snapshots that are not upgraded.
